WEST HOLLYWOOD, CA - Marks Restaurant located at 861 N. La Cienega Blvd, has announced an all new bistro style menu; integrating their ever popular Monday night reduced prices into a new expanded Tuesday through Sunday night dinner menu as well.

"It’s the best of both worlds," says Chef Wayne Elias, who, along with the Mark's co-owner, Chris Diamond, has made the establishment a fixture on restaurant row for over eighteen years. Adding, "Whether you are in the mood for a gourmet meal or a more economically priced casual bistro-style fare, Marks has something on the menu to suit everyone's tastes, seven nights a week."

Combining an up to the moment cutting edge ambiance and a friendly, charismatic staff, Mark’s dazzles the palette with a menu inspired by the fresh and abundant flavors of California. Chef Wayne Elias has created an assortment enticing appetizers, tantalizing entrees and scintillating desserts custom created for the Southern California palette.

With the new Bistro Menu Chef Wayne builds upon such perennial favorites as "Mark’s Famous Salad," "Chef Wayne’s Turkey Meatloaf", the Basil Garlic Rigatoni and the ever-popular "Surf and Turf combination," with all new delicacies that include:

  • PRETZEL CRUSTED CHICKEN BREAST with an orange mustard sauce with candied orange peel and balsamic syrup
  • MISO GLAZED FILET OF BEEF in lettuce cups with asparagus tips & watercress and a rice wine vinaigrette
