With a scene as appetizing as the cuisine, Mark’s dazzles the palette with a menu inspired by the fresh flavors of California. Chef Wayne Elias has created an assortment of exciting appetizers, tantalizing entrees and scintillating desserts created for the casual warm-weather dining Southern California is famous for. As always, each item is prepared with the freshest ingredients, organically-grown, whenever possible.

Building upon such perennial favorites as “Mark’s Famous Salad,” “Chef Wayne’s Turkey Meatloaf” and the ever-popular “Surf and Turf,” Chef Wayne draws on both regional and international tastes. Now he unveils such delicacies including:

  • The colorful and nutty Caprese Tower salad with layered red & yellow tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella, basil, balsamic reduction and toasted pine nuts;
  • Tender and flavorful Seared Australian Lamb Loin with roasted garlic sauce, wilted spring greens & mint parsilade with Heirloom Potatoes;
  • Spinach Penne Langoustino, with its zestful lobster-cognac sauce, sun-dried tomatoes and fava beans.
