CRUMBLE CATERING STIRS UP MAGICAL DELIGHTS FOR HARRY POTTER PREMIERE PARTY
Hollywood -- Following the July 8th premiere of “Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix,” Crumble Catering served up a magical feast to a star-studded crowd at the Hogwarts-transformed Jim Henson studios in Hollywood. Cast members and other VIPs were treated to a spellbinding array of delicacies whipped up by Mark’s Restaurant Executive Chef Wayne Elias, business partner Chris Diamond and their Crumble Catering team.
“For this event, we created a feast table that was lush and plentiful,” explains Chef Wayne. The menu included carved roast maple sage turkey breast, roast steamship round, assorted meats and cheeses, scalloped potatoes Dauphinois, English peas, pearl onions, crispy bacon, artisan breads and rolls with 10 assorted condiments, as well as mixed field greens, crumble English stilton blue cheese, grape tomatoes, English cucumbers and raspberry vinaigrette dressing.
